Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every new student is welcome to a free trial class before joining a paid batch. We would much rather you find out the practice fits you before any money changes hands.

Cancelling before your batch begins

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your batch start date, you receive a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours of the start date and we will move your fee to the next batch instead.

After your batch has started

• Within the first 7 days, if the practice is not right for you, tell us and we will refund the remaining, unused portion of your fee.
• After the first 7 days, fees are non-refundable, as your place in a small live batch has been held for you.
• Individual missed classes are not refundable. Where the schedule allows, we will place you in another session at no extra cost.

If we cancel a class

If a session is cancelled by us, it is rescheduled or credited to you in full. If we cannot reschedule within your batch, that session is refunded.

Medical and personal circumstances

If injury, illness or pregnancy prevents you from practising, contact us. We will pause your batch and hold your fee for a later date rather than letting it lapse.

How to request a refund

Write to devisworking41@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 870 049 4642 with your name and batch. We respond within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
