What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Devine Yoga collects when you enquire about or attend our classes, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Health information you choose to share so your trainer can adapt the practice safely.
• Attendance and progress notes, so your trainer knows where you are in the practice and when you go missing.
• Payment confirmations. We never store your card details.

How we use it

To run your classes, keep your practice safe, follow up when you miss a session, take payment, and answer your questions. If you have agreed to it, we may also send you occasional updates about new batches.

Who we share it with

Only the trainers teaching you and the service providers who help us operate — for example our video conferencing and payment providers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Photos and recordings

We ask for your permission before using any photo or clip of you in our gallery or on social media, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you practise with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you updates. Write to devisworking41@gmail.com and we will act on it.
